INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT.
There are two basic types of information we collect: Personal Data and non-Personal Data.
WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU VOLUNTARILLY PROVIDE TO US.
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us (such as when you submit an inquiry), including your name, email address, phone number and any other data you choose to provide.
If you post information on our social media pages, that information may be collected and used by us (as well as other users of those sites and the public generally). Please do not post any information on any site that allows strangers to identify or locate you or that you otherwise do not want to share with the public.
WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT NON-PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOUR USE.
When you access and use the Site, our technology and tools may automatically collect and record certain data about your use of and interaction with the Site that does not identify you personally (such as your IP address, browser type, the make and model of device used to view the Site, unique device identifiers, the referring webpage, pages visited, and search terms). This type of information gives us insights regarding how visitors use our website and which sections are of interest. This information is used for our commercial purposes, including to ensure the effectiveness of our website, email communications and that marketing efforts continue to appeal to existing and potential clients.
Our Website may use tracking technologies such as “cookies” to collect data about your use of and access to the Site. Cookies are a common part of many commercial websites that allow small text files to be sent by a website, accepted by a web browser and then placed on your hard drive as recognition for repeat visits to the Website. “Pixel tags” are electronic images that generate a generic notice of a visit to the Site and are used in conjunction with cookies to anonymously track activity on the Site by a particular browser. Every time you visit the Website, our servers, through cookies and pixel tags, collect basic technical information such as your domain name, the address of the last URL visited prior to clicking through to the Website, and your browser and operating system.
You can block or remove cookies using your Internet browser’s settings. Each browser is different, so check the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. If you block or remove cookies, you may not be able to perform certain transactions, use certain functionality, and access certain content on our website.
THIRD PARTIES MAY ALSO AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOU.
We may share the data we collect as follows:
- With our current and future parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership;
- With government or law enforcement officials or private parties (including our legal or other professional advisors) as we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims or to comply with legal processes, laws, regulations, or ordinances, or to prevent or stop illegal, unethical, or actionable activity;
- In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or substantially all of our business or assets; and
- With your consent or at your direction.
SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We do not sell the Personal Information of anyone.
HOW WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Protecting your Personal Information is extremely important. We use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to keep your Personal Information protected from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It is important to keep in mind, however, that no security measures are absolutely effective.
